Question about Canadian Dairy
I’ve been eating this Kefir with blueberries pretty often (almost daily) the past 2 years. This is the best I can find from a grocery store.
I’ve found kefir at farmers markets in Toronto that are pasteurized at lower temperatures, but very expensive ($20/jar vs. $7/jar).
in your gut healer program you say to avoid all conventional dairy. Would you avoid eating this everyday if it’s pasteurized even if it checks all the other boxes?
