In the next two weeks there will be some new changes to Aughey's Attendees! I've been wanting to make things better on here, so I'm happy to say I'll be introducing a program for you guys to try out. It should be lots of fun since the program is repeatable (meaning you can cycle it as many times as you want). I'll also be switching the Q&A's to monthly live calls where I'll be looking forward to hearing your questions and get some feedback about what you think of Skool and the program. Stay tuned! 😊
I think it would be cool if you did a weekly thing where you attempt classic bodybuilding poses. It would be easy for you since you have the muscles for it and I don’t think we’ve ever seen you do a double bicep pose or a mantis pose. Let me know what you think 🤔
