Beta testers wanted: Workout Writer + Intervals.icu
Hey everyone - I’ve been working on an app called Workout Writer, which turns plain-language running and cycling instructions into structured workouts for Apple Watch, Garmin and, now, Intervals.icu. The bit that might be especially interesting to this community is the macOS MCP/CLI interface. It lets AI agents create, schedule and manage workouts directly. With the new Intervals.icu integration, those workouts can also be sent to Intervals.icu and synced onwards to compatible platforms and devices. I've been using it with Claude on macOS for months, and it's been great for helping me stay fit whilst I can't run, but will really come into its own when I'm training properly again. Anyway, this is my own project and it’s still evolving, so I’m keen to get feedback from people experimenting with AI-powered training workflows. I’d love your help finding rough edges and shaping where it goes next. Meal planning skill!
Hey guys, hope you doing well. I was playing around with the AI Coach and I am adding a skill to help me improve my nutritional habits. At the moment I have create two skills: 1. calculates my macronutrients need for the week/day based on training plan (and my personal data) and another one that creates a menu, day by day and for each meal, and gives me shopping list. Currently I am testing it for the first week but I wanted to know if any of you have any ideas that could make this skill better? Thanks!

Me and my small team has spent years refining out platform and has a vision that's not like anyone else's, that brings fitness creators a place to come together and build their communities in a fitness app that has everything needed. It's free for everything that Hevy offers and much more. You can see we pour our hearts and soul into it by just looking at our exercise library. We have a loyal user base growing and we just gained 2 fitness creators in the last week alone. @Kevin Rudd we also have the most beautiful MCP in fitness that handles nutrition, building activity routes, and all your workout data. Hevy is massive and has found their market and has to iterate slowly. We have a chance to tackle a new market with a new vision, and it would align so well with what this community is doing. I just joined today and I checked for rules before sharing this and didn't see any. I really hope to contribute to the community any way possible.

A engineer from Tokyo is currently writing this message.🙆‍♂️
First, big thanks to the ADMIN for building this community. Really appreciate the work behind it. Happy to be here, and happy to contribute where I can. Most of my work is with global clients, usually founders or companies building something with a real vision behind it. Not really looking for one-off tasks only. I prefer working with people who want to build, improve, launch, and keep growing a product over time. I’m based in Tokyo, Japan and work mainly across AI, full-stack development, SaaS, automation, mobile apps, and product development. I also have access to active development teams and individual engineers here in Japan. So depending on the project, can support either a specific technical area or a full development process. - Main areas I work in: • AI agents and multi-agent systems • LLM apps, RAG, AI search, knowledge systems • Business automation and internal AI tools • SaaS platforms • Web applications • Mobile apps • CRM and booking systems • Marketplace and matching platforms • Logistics and dispatch systems • GIS and location-based apps • AI customer support systems • Data processing and analytics • Recommendation systems • API integrations • Cloud infrastructure and scaling - Typical tech stack: Frontend React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Tailwind Backend Python, FastAPI, Node.js, Express, Golang, REST, GraphQL, gRPC AI / ML PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, NLP, computer vision Mobile React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin Database PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Pinecone, FAISS, Elasticsearch Cloud / DevOps AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GPU systems - Have worked across quite a few industries too. Healthcare, logistics, hospitality, education, finance, e-commerce, media, marketplaces, SaaS, customer support, field services, and more. - I can also help with: • Product planning • Technical architecture • MVP development • Production development • AI product strategy • Workflow design
