Hermes vs Claude Code
Does anyone have experience with using an autonomous agent such as OpenClaw or Hermes for daily and weekly scheduled jobs in Athlete OS such as the weekly training plan review or daily coach's take for example.
I have an old Lenovo laptop that I'm using as an always-on server and I was wondering if there is any benefit to using Hermes versus just using Claude? After setting up Hermes, I quickly found out that token management versus using a local model was going to be something that I need to understand better so I ended up backing off.
