GrokBot / SpacexAI Meet Up Takeaways
Got the opportunity to speak at a GrokBot & SpaceXAI meet up tonight to talk about our community. Learned a ton and think anyone building businesses should think about learning GrokBot. I’m going to do a full debrief on this event tomorrow and eventually will do a full grokbot overview, but wanted to get you all my top 3 takeaways asap: 1) Providing context on your problem and goals is going to be even more paramount in the agentic world. 2) Setting up the proper harness and review protocol for agent work is how you eliminate errors and headache (the screenshots below highlight some of this) 3) Live events are so fun and connecting with likeminded people is awesome. I would love to start doing weekly or bi weekly group virtual meetings in here, where people can come ask questions, show what they are building and connect with each other. Quick poll: Would you be interested in virtual meet ups?

Looking forward to your full debrief. I’ve been using Grok Bot for a couple of weeks now and I love how easy they made the whole experience. I tried to setup Hermes in the past but got stuck on the whole token cost optimization issue not to mention, it took so many steps to setup anything versus Grok Bot just works out of the box
Grok Bot
Been seeing a lot of hype about Grok Bot lately. Curious to see if anyone has dipped their toe and thoughts of Grok Bot over your current AI of choice?
Hermes vs Claude Code
Does anyone have experience with using an autonomous agent such as OpenClaw or Hermes for daily and weekly scheduled jobs in Athlete OS such as the weekly training plan review or daily coach's take for example. I have an old Lenovo laptop that I'm using as an always-on server and I was wondering if there is any benefit to using Hermes versus just using Claude? After setting up Hermes, I quickly found out that token management versus using a local model was going to be something that I need to understand better so I ended up backing off.
Week 3 Recap - I Need Your Input
Happy Monday AAC Team! It's hard to believe that 3 weeks ago there were 20 of us and now we have 363! The engagement and feedback across the board has been incredible. As this community continues to develop and grow, I want to make sure that what we are building aligns with everyone's shared interests and goals. In order to learn what everyone is hoping to get out of this community, I figured it's best to just ask! I made the below Google Poll to help guide the future content and community direction: Click here: Athlete AI Google Poll The poll shouldn't take more then 1 min to fill out and will be invaluable for the future of this community. In the meantime, some updates from the weekend: 1) Released the Clone a Coach skill - so any coaches go try it out! 2) Updated the "Build like the pros" bodybuilding skill - so now you can develop the ultimate strength plan and have it sent directly to your Google calendar 3) Created a new tab in the Community section for "Business Ideas" - this will be a great area for anyone building something that wants feedback from the community And some exciting things that will be coming this week! 1) Launching the rest of the advanced version of the 7 Day Challenge 2) Launching the first view into a coaches dashboard 3) Releasing a AI Certificate for Completion of the 7 day challenge 4) Exciting vision model work around running form 5) Further use of NFC tags in the real world If there are any questions please let me know! @Kevin Rudd would love to hear what you guys have discussed. Getting the same metrics as we do during our run or bike training sessions using our fitness trackers is definitely a little more challenging when doing a Crossfit workout
It's here! Intervals.ICU Complete Setup Guide!
Finally was able to get through everything and knock this out today. For those of your who don't know what Intervals.ICU is, it is a free platform (although I encourage you to donate the $4 to help them keep the site alive) that allows you to connect securely into most wearables, create structured workouts and send them back to your watch! For my Zwift people... this includes you too! The set-up is super easy and once you connect in, you can take your Athlete OS to the next level. I structured the prompt so all you need to do is paste it in and it will know that you already have an Athlete OS and guide you through appropriately: Check it out: https://www.skool.com/athlete-ai-community/classroom/c89bd042?md=a01cec8884184d50b63ade01d4cfd0f6 Pumped to see what people can do with this! So with intervals.icu there's no need for Strava for the athlete-os? And the main advantages for using intervals.icu is the cost compared to Strava premium subscription but also the ability to write a training plan to Coros?
