update_user_details not working
I clearly state in my prompt when the bot should use the update_user_details tool but its not working on a specific bot. Could I get someone to take a look at it?

@Mike Copeland Text is a different beast than voice. I don't think we ever have issues over text, just voice. I'll create a ticket though

Service Titan
Is it possible to book into other CRM appointment scheduling software such as Service Titan? If so is there a video training on what the best practice to accomplish this. thank you! @Jorden Williams
