Inbound New caller vs Returning caller issue
Has anyone solved how the AI can recognize if it's a new caller or returning caller and what the prompt/workflow looks like for that Example I am creating an inbound voice receptionist for a law firm. Calls range from new callers to existing clients. In an ideal world I would like the AI to recognize and differentiate between the two and then move into her routing/branching protocol Any insights on this appreciated. This is what I have so far but she still asks the same question when I call back a second time on my test

Voice AI Prompting-
I've been working on the GPT for voice prompting for the past week or so. I'm almost there, but I wanted to share with you how well we are with deep voice inflections to control those to make the conversation sound much more natural than what we currently have. Take a listen, this is the Marissa voice, the speed is 1.07 but a 1.25 emotion. Let me know your thoughts. Also, if you're in the dental, gym or any other vertical and want a prompt refresh, give me your best prompt if you don't mind sharing, and I'm going to run it through the GPT to see what I can come up with.

Damn @Brandon Duncan That sounds great. I'm battling inconsistency with intonation right now. Do you ever put " " around your sentences you want her to say. I don't know whats going on but her voice is so jumpy its frustrating when I can't nail it

What is the point of a knowledge base if the assistant doesn't retrieve from it? I have a KB built out for an SMS speed to lead to work as a website information widget about products. Test it out and it just comes up with random suggestions or brand names when asked about products Seems silly this basic feature doesn't work properly

Scenario: Let's say that we build 2 AI assistants on Assistable: - Assistant A → handles all user interactions - Assistant B → handles special processing What's the best way to allow Assistant A to call Assistant B, get the result back, and then continue the user interaction? Is there a simple example that we can use? Thanks, Lian

You’re going to turn on/off the assistants with add/remove tags tools between Assistable and GHL workflows Example we have a qualifying assistant and when the user goes down a certain branch they qualifying tag is removed and a tag is added for the specific demo product we want the user to experience
Voice Cloning
Tried cloning a few voices now but not loading, is this an isolated issue on my end? Or others experienced the same recently? I know the limited was raised but wondering if it's been capped again.
