Yesterday's Post-Mortem, Acquisition (woo), and More

A lot of stuff has been going on that has required so much attention that its been hard to post / respond on here as I normally would - good news is a lot of that is coming to a head which frees me up a ton.

Yesterday's webhook issue was from a version / parameter incompatibility; we will put out a full white-label friendly post-mortem to clarify what happened, how it was fixed and how we have mitigated it / added contingencies for it. this will be a new initiative started to give you materials to hand to your clients to build trust with them -- all platforms have issues intermittently, its part of the game. It hard for you to relay real answers to your clients, we will provide those answers for you.
