Warm Transfer Option
Hope this post is okay given the new rules (😅) but I figured maybe others would run into the same issue
Is there anything special that needs to be done for an agent to cellphone transfer to work when the warm transfer option is toggled on?
It works when there is no warm transfer, but once it's activated with a brief message, the call is unable to be transferred successfully. Curious if I'm missing a simple step somewhere?
(additional notes: local # to local cell #, all accounts have $, etc.)
