Random tool narration out of nowhere... anyone else or just me?

Curious what you guys have found to be ideal? I'm currently using Emily with 0.98 response speed and 0.6 sensitivity to interruption but going to play with reducing both

Anybody have any videos on how to actually use this? Trying to wrap my head around it and take my bots to the next level.
