🔥 AI Real Estate Concierge Developer (AssistableAI + GoHighLevel + Zillow/Property API Integration)

Description:

I’m looking for an experienced AI automation builder who can create a bilingual (English/Spanish) AI Receptionist/Concierge for real estate agents using AssistableAI, GoHighLevel (GHL), and a property data API (Zillow-compatible, Estated, RapidAPI, etc.).

This assistant must be able to:

Core Functionality Needed

Answer inbound calls, texts, and website chat inquiries
Understand when a caller asks about a property address (e.g., “Tell me about 123 Main Street”)
Pull real-time property information automatically using any reliable API Beds, baths, sq ft Price & status Property description HOA (if available) Days on market Neighborhood/comps (optional)
Provide enhanced info if the property is part of the agent’s personal inventory
Schedule appointments via: GHL calendar OR Calendly (we can decide together)
Log all conversations and updates into GoHighLevel
Trigger automations (nurture sequences, tags, pipelines) in GHL
Speak BOTH English and Spanish fluently (AssistableAI supports this)

Technical Requirements

You must be able to:

Build AssistableAI agents with conditional logic and webhook calls
Use GHL workflows, forms, custom objects, and APIs
Implement webhooks that fetch real estate property data
Work with RapidAPI, Estated, ATTOM, SimplyRETS, or other property-data APIs
Build fallback logic: Search agent inventory first If not found → fetch via API If still not found → send “info requested” task
Create a repeatable, cloneable template I can deploy to multiple agents
