HELP! Customer just told me their phone has not worked in a week(why he's just telling me idk.) Rings 1-2 times and then a busy signal. Not hooked to a subaccount
I've noticed a few auto prompts have says **Follow Up**: If a user doesn’t respond, politely follow up after 24 hours. Is this an actual task the assistant can complete on the command prompt or is it still a manual workflow?
I have added our custom voice by Clone my voice feature and it doesn't looks like it iss working. Has anyone else faced any issues? how to fix this? Also, I dont see any option to delete our voice if we don't need it or uploaded it for testing.
