Prompt Character Limitations

So I know we've talked about this in the past and the recommended character amount is 8,024 but my prompt has been working great for the last little bit it's currently at 13,165 characters but some of the stuff seems to not be getting registered and I'm wondering if there is a cut off toward the end like Jorden mentioned a few months ago, and maybe wear that cut off is
