Here's a question. When using a custom transfer tool, can you not transfer calls to any phone number?
I've got an assistant with number X that I'm trying to transfer a call to number Y in a different sub-account and the assistant tries and then keeps failing, coming back and saying they're unable to transfer at this time.
Is this a limitation of the custom tool - in other words can call transfers only happen between Assistable numbers in the same subaccount? Or am I missing something? Any wisdom or guidance would be GRRREATLY APPRECIATED! Thanks y'all!
