Multi Calendar Question

Hi everyone, I noticed using the multi calendar matrix is not pulling information from the calendar, I have copied the correct calendar IDs and checked and also checked the sync of it but still says on voice agent that it wasn't able to pull information from the calendar.

Any tips and tricks to make this work with voice agents?

Haven't tested with text agent yet...
