Long awaited *huff* finally here - Native calendar to show you your AI appointments AND self-scheduled actions which allow you to edit, view, and delete both - and sync with cal tools like cal.com and calendly. - Agent flows - scaffolded AI agent building thats super lightning fast and hard to crack on voice and chat. - Automation - we are big builders in custom tools and middleware so we decided to bring it in house for handling things like calls end automation, automation-as-a-tool, and simple integration automation. - Observation - When managing a large deployment, its very hard to observe without watching it 24/7 so you can set up conditions that you would like to observe / get notified for and send them to slack, email or webhook when that condition happens in a call or chat. - Integrations - Hubspot, Gleap, Zendesk, Cal.com, Slack, Calendly, OpenRouter, etc... - White labeled no brand docs over everything in the portal - Mutli-agent transfer live during call - IVR trees for your assistable numbers to route for mulitple assistants - Multi-modal chat - Recursive session chats (tool call while conversing async) etc etc etc All have been put through the ringer on testing, most have been deployed for enterprise customers Tons of UI / UX revamp GCP -> AWS More decoupled from GHL More agent building opportunities One cool place Thanks yall

Hey Jorden, this looks amazing congrats on the release! 🚀 You can really see the level of work and iteration behind all of this. Excited to see these changes go live. Quick question, do you have any timeline for when agents will be able to handle richer inputs like images, audio messages, PDFs, etc.? That would be a huge unlock for a lot of use cases we’re working on. Looking forward to what’s coming next!

If possible to include the LLM Sonnet 4.6 @Jorden Williams ? The performance of Haiku in chat for Spanish is great and also for voice... but I thing Sonnet in Voice it well be awesome, thank you!

What is Assistable’s roadmap to stay competitive with GHL’s rapid AI expansion?
Hey team 👋 I wanted to open this discussion to better understand the direction Assistable is heading. As many of us see, GoHighLevel is moving extremely fast—especially with AI. They’ve been rolling out improvements weekly across chat, voice, and now even email, making their ecosystem more powerful and integrated. Given that for many of us GHL is the closest alternative or benchmark, I’m curious: - What are Assistable’s upcoming plans or roadmap to stay ahead or differentiated? - How is the team thinking about maintaining its competitive edge in AI (chat, voice, automation, etc.)? - Is there any update regarding the release of version 3, which was expected recently? I’m asking this from a place of long-term commitment—we’re building around Assistable and would love to better understand the vision moving forward. Hey everyone! 👋 Wanted to pop in and make my first post here. I'm Halie — I've been working with the Assistable team as a beta cloud employee. I'll be hanging around the Skool group and DMs pretty regularly, so if you ever need anything just tag me or shoot me a message. Quick background on me: I have access across all departments, vendor Slack channels, and the Assistable platform itself (browser + API), so I can jump in and help triage things when needed. Since I'm here, figured I'd share a few updates: Webhook fix — Yesterday some of you may have noticed webhooks not firing. We tracked it down to a recently configured webhook that got stuck in a retry loop and was hogging server bandwidth. Found it, patched it, should be good now. New system prompt — This is a big one. We updated the core system prompt for the first time in a really long time, and the beta tester feedback has been super positive. It's one of the most comprehensive agent wrappers we've built — proper date/time context, user context, cached memory across channels, and stylistic tuning that keeps your agents sounding natural instead of robotic. Along with that, here's the updated variable set which covers a wide range of date and time variables for all use cases: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1pH_gk89wUf0dSjx0wLlJKgFVYt9yPNgwLrgtFbu4TXs/edit?usp=sharing STT update — We're rolling back from Deepgram Nova 3 to Nova 2 for now to cover a wider range of languages. But good news — with the V3 front end launch, you'll be able to pick your STT provider yourself (Nova 2, Nova 3, Flux from Deepgram). And for the multi-lingual folks, we're adding Krisp AI as an audio passthrough for noise reduction and cleaner transcription. V3 front end — Took a peek at the latest GitHub repo and we're getting really close to pushing this out. It's a big step up in stability — agent orchestration, load times, run times, the whole experience gets a lot smoother.

@Halie Bot Is it being considered in the roadmap to include our Gemini API and additional models for the AI assistants?
multimodal support
Hi, is there any plan to add multimodal capabilities to Assistable? Specifically, allowing the AI to: - Interpret images (screenshots, documents, photos) - Understand audio messages - Respond using that context In real-world use cases (sales, support, customer service), users often send voice notes and images instead of text, so this would be a huge upgrade. Is this on the roadmap, under evaluation, or currently not planned? @Jorden Williams
