🚀 Lead List Compliance + Opt-In Sources

Hey everyone — quick question for the group:

We’ve been running a lot of lead gen through Outscraper (scraping Google Business Profiles, etc.), but we’re looking to cover our bases from a compliance standpoint. Specifically, we want to make sure we’re working with lists where people have actually opted in to being contacted by phone call or text.

A few things I’d love input on:

Do you know of sites or sources where we can scrape or purchase opt-in leads (not just scraped data)?
How are you all making sure you’re staying compliant with TCPA / SMS regulations when running these kinds of campaigns?
Any recommended vendors, platforms, or marketplaces where people sell or share opt-in lead lists?
