If you're installing a chat widget on a client's website... what's the optimal way to do it?
Do you use the GHL widget

The custom script
I was having issues with both. The GHL widget response time was slow and the customizability was lacking.
With the custom script, the conversation with the user wasn't the same as what displayed internally which was sketchy at best.
Would love to hear what's successfully been deployed with the least issues.
