Anybody else having issues with their voice agent speed, emotion, volume?

I'm trying to tweak a voice agent and test it and it's like the settings aren't taking. It either goes too fast or too slooooooowwww. Same issue with emotion controls. It's like changes in the settings are committing the change upon update, or backing out and hard-refreshing. But do update many iterations of changes later. Also voice volume is cutting to near inaudible at times. Having a hell of a time dialing in the agent's voice as a result. Was embarrassed on a demo call after I thought the agent was good to go.
