first time post here...
In Live chat, if a Contact Exists, the Conversation Breaks after phone number given. (so they start anonymous but after details collected/updated the spawns a new conversation chat in createassistants inbox.
My setup:
GHL Live chat widget > Automation (Customer Replied via Live chat) > add tag for AI > Assistant communicates fine until it collects phone number of existing contact, then it spawns a new chat with existing contact (but the user has to say something - in the natural flow of the conversation they are expecting a reply). See below of the undefined undefined chat log was original.
(attached below is the same live chat but you can see after the phone number is given it starts a new chat session but starts the conversation over)
