Had a brief scare with an inital down valuation of £260k vs an expected £300k. Not being one to panic (too much!) we pressed on with another lender who have valued at £325k which I am delighted with considering current market conditions. This marks the conclusion of a lot of hard work and careful planning — but seeing it come to life and deliver results makes it all worth it.

On to the next challenge with Project 2 well underway! 💪
