I need some help and clarity on forming a company that can deal in full scale Commercial Property Dealings, and the Question is ''Should I form a Limited Company or a Limited Liability Partnership Company?.
Am trying to ensure that I don't form a wrong Company Structure, thus needing to know if ''LTD'' can perform full Commercial Property business dealings. This is one of my Target for the week, to form a Company for the Business journey I have embarked on.
