Just finished reading Bricks, Mortar & other people’s money by Liam @Liam J Ryan Easy read! Really straightforward, practical guidance on getting started properly in property — strategy, numbers and mindset all laid out clearly. Pad full of notes!!! Anyone else read it yet?
