First thing first ''understanding the numbers, Commercial Property business intricacies'', and there after build on the blocks with the network resource here that I have joined in with. Am looking forward to the first opportunity on a Commercial Property to kick start my portfolio, but as indicated, I need to bootstrap in the initial before starting to run.

Incorporation of a Company with Commercial Property Dealings Level
Good Day to y'all ! I need some help and clarity on forming a company that can deal in full scale Commercial Property Dealings, and the Question is ''Should I form a Limited Company or a Limited Liability Partnership Company?. Am trying to ensure that I don't form a wrong Company Structure, thus needing to know if ''LTD'' can perform full Commercial Property business dealings.
