Week 6 – Your Network = Your Net‑Worth 🦗
Last week was action. This week is people.
Property is a team sport. Your growth and your deals come through conversations.
This week’s focus:
• Spend time with active investors, agents and deal sourcers
• Get in rooms (online or in person) where property is the main topic
• Talk goals, strategy and deals, not excuses
Minimum “networking reps” this week:
• 3 x proper chats (coffee/Zoom/phone) with like‑minded people
• 5 x value touchpoints (check‑ins, market updates, deals, intros)
• 1 x new room (event, meetup, WhatsApp group, online space)
By next Sunday, you want to be able to say:
“I grew my network and I’m closer to the opportunities I want.”
In property, your network really is your net‑worth.
