BTL or SA
Hi all,
We are completing in 4 days on 2 bed flat with parking in Exeter.
Fairly high demand for BTL for about £1100 p/m.
Mortgage cca £600
Management fees£1200 p/a
I was checking SA, how should I calculate risk and possible profit?
I am working as pharmacist full time so that would be unable to do it myself but with some management company.
After finding tenants via Agency and protecting deposit we can manage New built ourselves as first 2 years are free snagging repairs.
Do you think we would make more money by SA?
Flat is cca 15 mins by car from city center close Marsh Barton close to motorway Torquay/Plymouth direction or the other way to Exminster and M5.
