2026 won’t change unless you do
Winning next year won’t be about luck, timing, or suddenly figuring it all out. Most people will walk into 2026 with the same habits, the same mindset, and the same patterns, then wonder why nothing changed. Real winning starts long before the calendar flips. It starts with the decisions you make when no one is watching. The standards you hold yourself to daily. The people you choose to learn from and the excuses you decide to drop. Winning isn’t loud at first. It usually looks boring, uncomfortable, and lonely, until the results show up and people call it overnight success. If you keep doing what you’ve always done, 2026 will look exactly like this year. If you want to win, something has to change now, not later. So here’s the question that actually matters: What’s one change you must make before this year ends if you want to be winning in 2026?

@Susie Turton That’s a powerful commitment, Susie. Once you stop procrastinating and start taking action, even in small ways, everything begins to shift. What’s something you’ve been working on really hard but haven’t yet seen the results you’re expecting?
The Moment You Want to Quit Is Usually the Moment You’re Closer Than You Think
It’s easy to stay motivated when everything is going well. The real test comes when you’re doing the work, staying consistent, and still not seeing the results you hoped for. That’s the point where most people walk away—right before something finally shifts. But the truth is, your dream didn’t come to you by mistake. You have it because you’re capable of achieving it. Progress doesn’t always announce itself loudly. Sometimes it builds quietly in the background until one day it becomes undeniable. You don’t need to be perfect. You don’t need all the answers today. You just need to keep going a little longer than the part of you that wants to give up. Your goals are still possible. Your dream is still alive. You’re not late, you’re not behind—you’re simply in the middle of your process. What’s one goal or dream you’re still committed to, no matter how long it takes?

@Richard De Pass Haha I love how you put that, Richard. The process definitely comes with its fair share of stress, but seeing everything come together in the end makes it all worth it. Those ‘champagne problems’ really do show how far the journey can take you.
From Struggling to Figure Things Out… to Finally Seeing Real Results
There was a time when I tried everything to make progress online, new ideas, strategies, different platforms, but nothing seemed to work. I remember feeling stuck, wondering if I was even on the right path. Then one week, something changed. I got connected to a member inside a Skool community who introduced me to a professional mentor and builder, someone who truly understood how to create systems that actually work. With a small investment back then, I decided to trust the process. We started building something real, something that finally made sense. Fast forward to now: __ I’ve been consistently earning around £12,000 a month for the past two months __ I finally have clarity and control __ And for the first time, things feel simple and sustainable It’s crazy how one right connection can completely change your direction in life. -- Have you ever met someone who completely shifted the way you think or work?

@Carter Isabella Thank you for sharing this.
Are you putting in tons of effort but still not seeing the results you want?
I was in the same position, not knowing why nothing seemed to work even though I was working hard every day. Then I realized that sometimes the key isn’t just working harder, but working smarter and getting the right support. Since then, things have shifted dramatically, and I’ve been able to see consistent progress. What’s one challenge or obstacle you’ve been facing that feels like a roadblock no matter how much effort you put in? Let’s share and learn from each other because sometimes the breakthrough comes from a simple, shared insight. Drop your biggest hurdle in the comments and let’s help each other move forward!

@Carter Isabella This really resonates. I used to think more effort automatically meant more results, but I learned the hard way that direction matters just as much as hard work. Once I started focusing on the right systems and guidance, everything began to click. My biggest hurdle before that was trying to do everything on my own without a clear structure.
What This Month Taught Me About Growth and Consistency
Every month comes with its own set of challenges, but this one felt different. I pushed harder, made a few tough decisions, and finally started seeing results that I used to only imagine. It wasn’t luck. It was consistency, the right guidance, and refusing to quit when things got uncomfortable. Looking back, the growth I’ve experienced this month has reminded me that progress isn’t always loud — sometimes it’s those quiet wins that set the foundation for bigger breakthroughs ahead. Now I’m curious, what’s been your biggest win or lesson this month so far? Something small or major, it doesn’t matter. I’d love to hear how things are going for you.

Thanks so much, @Liam J Ryan You’re absolutely right, it’s those small, consistent actions that make all the difference. The quiet work behind the scenes is what truly builds lasting results. Appreciate the encouragement!
