Accidentally bought casein protein. Had no idea what it was. Tried it with water - grim. Put it 1/3 milk 1/3 water and some frozen berries from Lidl. Absolutely bangs. Turns out it’s a slow release of protein rather than whey being instant release so u have it before going to sleep. No idea how else to have it tho. Anyone else tried it in any other recipes, only so many smoothies u can have.
