Bench Military press Incline bench Tricep push downs Cable lat raises Cross body tricep extensions Lowkey getting bored of my tricep exercises though, anyone got any different ones they are liking atm?
Tonight’s session
Barbell Rows Incline machine Chest Press Dumbbell Bicep Curls 1km run 500m row 400m run 500m ski-erg 400m run Dropped the weight and went for reps. Sprinted the last 100m on the last two runs as well.
