⚠️ JUST JOINED? DON'T MAKE THESE MISTAKES
These are the biggest mistakes that keep people stuck (even inside this program). ❌ Mistake #1: Looking for the "right" exercise. If you spend your time here hunting for the perfect exercise... you'll probably end up buying another program. Every exercise has a job. Learn what that job is, when to use it, and when to change it. ❌ Mistake #2: Judging every session by your pain. If every session ends with: "Did my pain go away?" You'll miss the information that actually helps you improve. Instead, ask yourself: - What changed? - What did I notice? - What did I learn? Those answers tell you what to do next. ❌ Mistake #3: Comparing everything to McGill, your physio, YouTube... You'll hear things that contradict what you've been told before. Good. But don't spend the next 12 weeks trying to decide who's right. Test all of them, pay attention to what happens, then decide. ❌ Mistake #4: Watching everything before doing anything. This isn't Netflix. Don't binge the modules. Watch, apply, reflect, repeat. ❌ Mistake #5: Trying to prove what you already believe. If you come in thinking: - "My core is weak." - "My pelvis is out." - "My hips are tight." - "McGill says..." - "My physio said..." Then you subconsciously look for evidence that proves you're right. And you'll never see anything else. Get curious. Treat every session like an experiment. ❌ Mistake #6 Waiting for me to fix you. Every time something changes, you'll be looking for someone to tell you what to do next. The goal is for you to know what to do before you ask me. ❌ Mistake #7: Expecting me to do the thinking for you. I can guide you, challenge you and point you in the right direction. But I can't make those decisions for you. That only happens when you start asking better questions, testing things for yourself and making your own decisions. That's how you become the expert on your own body. That's how you build the skill to solve problems long after your work here ends. Let's get to work,

Talk to me directly
BOOK HERE You have scans, reports, and ten opinions you collected along the way, and no idea what they add up to. You've never sat down with someone and gone through all of it together. That's what we'll do with the hour. One hour, you and me, on your body. Professional eyes on you, and only you. No two of these consultations look the same, but we'll go through things like: - what you were actually trying to fix with everything you've done so far? - has anyone ever checked your progress after they gave you something new to do? - what you do in the 23 hours that aren't training or treatment? - how you move when nobody's correcting you - whether you rotate through your spine or your hip, whether you slow down when you're asked to? I tell you what I see and how I get to it. What you walk away with: - A read of everything you've already collected. The scans, the reports, the plan you built yourself. Not another test - the first time anyone has gone through the whole pile and told you what it adds up to. - What's actually driving your pain / stiffness / tightness, rather than what hurts. Where the pattern started, what has been feeding it since, and which of the things you're doing now are keeping it going. - My reasoning, out loud, on your situation. In three weeks something will set you off again and I won't be in the room. This is where you see how the call gets made, so you can make it yourself. Whether you have no idea where to start, already follow your own training program, or are working through one of my courses - none of that matters. What matters is that you want someone to look at your situation properly rather than treat you as another number in a calendar. I will contact you before the call to go through your background, so the hour goes on you rather than on introductions. Afterwards I send you a detailed written summary of everything we covered. "My back's been really good lately"
Have you ever said that out loud - to your partner, training buddy or a PT - and then paid for it within two weeks? You know, that moment when you finally say it's better... and your back hears you. What happened the last time you announced to the world you were fixed?
You’re done with temporary fixes.
Another stretch, opinion, program, another round of hoping this one will FINALLY work. Tell me, what are you most over right now?
