Question about Drill 4
Hi, today morning I tried the "Drill 4: Reverse Lunge with Rotation (rebuilding the sling system)" but when doing this exercise, my knees started to hurt and I feel them now during the day too. It felt like the muscles going up from the knee (around the knee?) were being strained too much while going towards the ground (while doing the lounge basically, the back knee hovering was hurting). How can I prevent this from happening?

Heavy low bar squats
Hello! I’m here because I’m in the third crater of my squatting career, and I’m tired of digging myself out only to get a flare up when life gets tricky. Will I be able to squat again if I do this programme!? It sounds great, and a way to ensure my future under the bar….
Walking with a limp
As I’m more aware of the way I move and the impact it has in my lower back, I do suffer from Lymphodema in my lower right leg and ankle. Which causes a slight limp. It’s gets worse, as this also causes Cellulitis which I may have up to at least 3 times a year. What would be the best way to counteract this? The limp that is. Since there is uneven weight distribution as I walk.
