As I’m more aware of the way I move and the impact it has in my lower back, I do suffer from Lymphodema in my lower right leg and ankle. Which causes a slight limp. It’s gets worse, as this also causes Cellulitis which I may have up to at least 3 times a year.
What would be the best way to counteract this?
The limp that is. Since there is uneven weight distribution as I walk.
