Weekly recap
Heyyy lovely people This morning I was experiencing som technical difficulties on the Group call so I was literally mute๐Ÿ˜‚. So Iโ€™d thought Iโ€™d share my week here!. The past week was super refreshing for me because I actually got to take a break and it was a great reset for me physically and mentally. From the past module I ABSOLUTELY LOVED writing down what it is that I am done with and ready to make space for. Actually physically writing down I felt like I was fully embracing a new version of myself and entering a new era. And having the mentality of โ€œI hold the keysโ€ or โ€œIโ€™m in the drivers seatโ€ has opened a brand new perspective and Iโ€™m starting to show up as my future self. And this morning before the call I had time to practice the morning g meditation which was such a nice way to start my morning and put me in the right frame of mind to start my day. I would definitely recommend. Hope everyone has an amazing week this week๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป
Building new habitsโ˜€๏ธ
I was addicted to doom-scrolling on my phone as soon as I woke up in the morning, but I'm consciously trying to change this habit everyday. Instead, I've been reading (currently reading 'The Source' by Dr Tara Stewart), using the meditation practices Taylor has posted, and kept my phone in a separate room. I've noticed a significant shift in my mindset as a result - I'm less focused on comparing myself to those around me and more likely to recognise old thought patterns so I can re-direct them. I do often crash at the end of the day and get glued to my phone ... if anyone has any tips for that afternoon slump I'd love to hear your thoughts! xx

Gmorning pals! Happy late Lunar New Year to those who celebrate! ๐Ÿฅณ I'm off to a workshop (acting & writing) today and I was really worried about sleep as I've been a little anxious lately (new moon or clinical anxiety? Who's to say?), but I used this to get to sleep last night and I 1000% recommend! ๐Ÿ’– I hope y'all have a lovely day!

How do you take care of yourself post rehearsal/show/class?
Hey team, Just finished up Taylors 10min Rest & Recover flow after a beeeeutiful Epsom salt bath and a magnesium effervescent tablet drink post rehearsals. As I get older it's become so important take care of my body so it can continue to carry me throughy work and my life. I love what Taylor said in the flow, that you can only perform as well as you are rested ๐Ÿ’– Will finish up my rolling out my muscles and can't wait for a wonderful sleep ๐Ÿ’ค
