From $200K deals and SaaS traction to AI systems, internal tools, and real client momentum - this week inside AIS+ showed what happens when builders focus on execution over everything. 🚀 Standout Wins of the Week inside AIS+ 👉 @Wyatt Mayham closed a $200K/year AI deal and shared the exact structure behind scaling high-ticket engagements. 👉 @Peter Hawtin turned consistent execution into a multi-industry AI portfolio, unlocking enterprise-level opportunities. 👉 @Narsis Amin built a multi-agent AI executive assistant now running operations across two businesses. 👉 @Tobias Bielke created a legal knowledge base system mapping 62 laws into one powerful searchable tool. 👉 @Jorge Nicolas turned a simple pain point into a product and made 2 sales in under 30 minutes. 🎥 Super Win Spotlight | @Mike AI Consultant Mike joined AIS+ with strong technical skills - but something was missing. Not tools… but how to connect everything into real business solutions. Since joining, he has: • Transformed his work from basic demos → real enterprise systems • Delivered results that made clients say: “What changed? This is next level.” • Built stronger positioning by focusing on problems, not just tools • Expanded his network and client base through better execution His biggest shift? From thinking like a builder → to thinking like an AI architect. 📧 Complete GHL Email Deliverability Fix Guide (March 2026 Update)
Hey everyone! I've been deep-diving into GHL's latest email performance data and wanted to share a comprehensive deliverability setup that's working for my sub-accounts. THE PROBLEM: GHL's March 2026 report shows 97.47% average delivery rate. But if you're on shared domains, your actual delivery rate is likely 89-93%. That means 7-11% of your emails are vanishing into spam. THE FIX (Step-by-Step): Step 1: Switch to Dedicated Domain - Settings > Email > Domain Settings - Add your custom domain - Cost: ~$12-15/year Step 2: DNS Authentication (CRITICAL) - SPF Record: Add GHL's SPF include to your DNS - DKIM Record: Enable in GHL settings, add CNAME records - DMARC Record: Start with p=none, upgrade to p=quarantine after 2 weeks, eventually p=reject Step 3: Domain Warmup Schedule - Week 1: 50 emails/day max - Week 2: 100-200 emails/day - Week 3: 300-500 emails/day - Week 4: Scale to normal volume Step 4: Content Best Practices - Avoid spam trigger words - Keep text-to-image ratio balanced - Test with GlockApps or Mail-Tester before big sends THE RESULTS (across 12 sub-accounts): - Delivery rate: 97.5% → 99.1% - Open rate: 22% → 41% - Spam complaints: 0.08% → 0.01% Has anyone found a better approach? Especially curious about multiple dedicated domains for different client verticals. #EmailMarketing #Ghl #MarketingTips #LearnMarketing #Automation #Gohighlevel

Help with First Steps: 2 main goals.
Hello AIS community team, thank you for the warm welcome. I feel like I've found an oasis in my learning desert. I have 2 main pain points, which are also my focus: First of all I'm watching too much content about Claude and automation, and I'm experiencing analysis paralysis. But I believe I can make progress here. So thank you for having this amazing space. 1. I want to create websites that clients can update themselves, like a CMS. But I don't want to use conventional CMS platforms if I can. What do you recommend? 2. I need to learn how to create faceless content for social media, first for myself and then for my friends and clients. I have 32k followers on my Instagram profile, but it requires me to do everything myself. I want to reach 350 pieces of content per week. Where should I start? What should I review? Thank you, and I wish you much success in all your projects 😇
