Good morning everyone!!!🥰 If you’re here and thinking…“Why does my body feel different than it used to?” “Why do the same workouts or diets not work anymore?”....You are not broken — you’re in a new hormonal chapter... During perimenopause and menopause our estrogen becomes unpredictable 😲Recovery can take longer 😲 Stress hits harder 😲Muscle loss can happen faster if we don’t train smart...and that’s exactly why we’re focusing on: ✨ Short, intentional S.I.T. workouts (not long cardio marathons that increase our cortisol and actually can make you GAIN fat instead of lose it) ✨ Lifting to protect muscle, bones, and metabolism ✨ Fueling our body with enough protein ✨ Rest and recovery....without guilt!! This challenge isn’t about punishment or “pushing harder.” It’s about working with your hormones, not against them.💜 On Day 1, your only job is to: ✅Show up ✅ Listen to your body ✅ Trust the process Progress in this wonderful (haha😅) season comes from consistency + compassion with yourself...not extremes.
