OK, so here’s my before and after… I technically started my diet and exercise on January 2 and on January 12 I started the ‘sit’ challenge in addition! Today will be my last sit workout as I’m heading to Mexico tomorrow and so my diet/exercise routine will be drastically changed, lol!! *I will note that weight loss was never really a part of my goal, I was definitely more into just toning and internal health!*
Tonight’s dinner is my precursor to my trip to Mexico next week!! Chicken tacos (lettuce wraps)!!! Spicy chicken, rice, avocado, red onion, tomato, jalapeños and of course, hot sauce!!!!! So delicious and colorful!!!
OK, so I love my Peloton but sometimes getting yelled at by a coach is not what I’m feeling… So they have these game-type rides that I decided to try and it was actually super fun and I got super sweaty! I also built my own drop seven body weight workout, which I used to do years ago but haven’t done it in a long time! I love a routine but sometimes I just need something a little different! (The drop seven video is only the ‘six’ portion)
Today was SIT and weights… I did more core than actual weights but a lot of body weight exercises, but I also did some booty workouts! I don’t have much of one so I’m trying to build lol! Breakfast is a two egg omelette with turkey and spinach, cottage cheese, blueberries, and avocado! Still feeling really good and energetic and really liking this program!
@Alyssa Furukawa if I can resist the multiple sweet dessert temptations I had at work today you can withstand the ice cream… 😂 This is the one I use, I get it on Amazon
