During perimenopause and menopause our estrogen becomes unpredictable

š² Stress hits harder
š²Muscle loss can happen faster if we donāt train smart...and thatās exactly why weāre focusing on:
⨠Short, intentional S.I.T. workouts (not long cardio marathons that increase our cortisol and actually can make you GAIN fat instead of lose it)
⨠Lifting to protect muscle, bones, and metabolism
⨠Fueling our body with enough protein
⨠Rest and recovery....without guilt!!
This challenge isnāt about punishment or āpushing harder.ā Itās about working with your hormones, not against them.š
