Most people donโ€™t have a knowledge problem. They have a follow-through problem.
You KNOW: what foods support your goalsโ€ฆhow many steps help you feel goodโ€ฆwhy training gives you energyโ€ฆhow planning beats relying on motivationโ€ฆ
The gap isnโ€™t information. The gap is execution.
