Low Calorie Cinnamon Bun
I followed an American recipe however a quick google will be able to put measurements in grams if needed.
1 3/4 cup plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 cup greek yoghurt (I used 0% Fage)
Mix these together and knead into a dough on a floured surface roll out the dough roughly 1-2cm thick
2tbsp butter
1/3cup sugar
1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Mix together and spread evenly over the dough
Roll the dough into a sausage shape and cut into 7-8 even slices place onto an ovenproof tray (I used greaseproof paper) and bake for 35 mins at 160
