I'd be curious to know how people deal with a bad week and is it really a bad week or am I just overthinking?
⚫️ I didn't log my meals consistently.
⚫️ I didn't complete all my planned exercises.
Despite this-
✅I still lost weight over the last week.
✅I've noticed that I can now get into the 5th notch along when fastening my work jeans belt, before I started my health journey I was struggling to fasten it on the 3rd notch.
✅Started a YouTube vlog on my weight loss journey in the hopes to inspire others as well as be accountable myself.
I think it's easy to focus on the negatives but the reality is, bad weeks do happen and despite that there's still going to be positives. It's about finding them and focussing on them rather than dwelling. I've been in my head that I'd not done great the past week but looking back it's not been as bad as I thought. I just wish I could snap out of the thought process easier.
Any tips or tricks would be appreciated 💪🏻🙌🏻.
