Week 2 - Protocols Cheat Sheet & Routine
Has anyone been able to make the (Star here) Non-negotiables as a routine yet?
I have been the no caffeine in the afternoon for years.
Trying to have a consistent bedtime.
Have phone in room with me as it's my alarm and on a shelf next to the bed, not on the other side of the room.
I do work hard to drink a lot of water each day, I just don't add electrolytes to it.
If anything, I'm not going to sleep at 4:00am now. It's more 12:00-12:45.
Protocols Cheat Sheet is a bust for me.
How is everyone else doing?
