Week 2 Biological Wakeup Call
Just finished my Biological Wake-Up Call and the first domino is clear: sleep. I realized something I hadn't named before - I've been staying up until 3 or 4am playing games because those late hours feel like the only time that actually belongs to me. But I'm trading tomorrow for tonight, every single night. This week, I'm aiming for bed by midnight, asleep by 1am. Reclaiming the morning instead of stealing from it.
