Hi everyone,
I’d love to get your advice.
I have a child with ADHD, and he constantly needs something engaging to keep his mind occupied in a positive way. I'm a designer, and I create worksheets, planners, and coaching tools for trainers and coaches, so I was wondering if I could design some paper-based activities specifically for him.
What kinds of printable exercises, worksheets, games, challenges, or activities have worked well for children with ADHD?
I'm particularly interested in ideas that: • Improve focus and attention • Encourage independent play • Reduce screen time • Build problem-solving skills • Keep kids engaged for longer periods
If you have any experience, recommendations, or favorite activities, I’d really appreciate your suggestions.
Thank you!
