RSD Rapid Response Kit
Hi everyone!
I was poking around the Tools section under Worksheets today and found the RSD Rapid Response Kit. I tried it out and was proper impressed. It walks you through seeing an RSD crisis clearly and de-escalating it. Genuinely helpful.
Was this the tool Jim mentioned was still in Beta? I'll re-watch to check. However, it was very useful!
