Hi! I just joined this group to see what it’s like and learn more about how people navigate. I believe every human is neurodivergent in one way or another and have been told by my daughter in law that I am ADHD yet I see the trait in many around me. Whether it’s overly focusing on only 1 thing or trying to do a million things at once, there are so many types and styles.
Would love to know who here knows they have it , but not medically diagnosed? My primary care doctor told me 30 years ago that I’m just tired with having 4 kids.
She never took my concerns or tears in her office seriously when I shared how much my brain affected my ability to get things done.
