My ADHD Snapshot - I'm awake
Just got my ADHD Snapshot and one line stopped me cold: I've been outsourcing my own future to someone else's risk tolerance because I didn't trust my own brain. Meanwhile, that same brain runs 5-year plans for my entire family before breakfast. Turns out I'm not "the scattered one" who needs the calm one in charge. I AM the strategist. I just stopped listening to her. Ready for Day 1.
