How old?
Just wondering how old people were when they discovered they had ADHD. I have found out more about myself and why I feel the way I do which is an eye opener.
I think my dad may also have ADHD I don’t know if it’s something that he would be interested in but he does have some of the “traits”
I just wondered if there are older people who have just discovered themselves.
