Jim, I am so grateful for this community. I would never have imagined myself being a part of something like this; especially at this age in life.

I don’t think you will ever realize the impact this community has on individual’s lives. Sure the rising numbers tell you a little. I read the posts of people from all over the world I can hear the hugs and hands being squeezed in encouragement and understanding

What I’m trying to say is, this community has so much heart. And it comes from your heart really knowing the hurt that ADHD brings.

I may not get as organized or focused as I would like to be, but I know where I can come for understanding and encouragement. ADHD HARMONY 🥰🥰🥰
