I appreciate everyone's opinion here. So, I completed the day 3 worksheet - Emotional Mastery. However, I completed it while PO at Sage and dealing with our dog (Live or put down). Sage, said something to me and when I responded as to why it would say it (basically the nerve of it), it back pedaled and acted like it didn't say it. When it was called out on that, it told me I need to rest and come back later because of the feelings with our dog. So, I completed this Worksheet in a complete emotional state, not clear headed. Since it involved Emotional Mastery, and I was emotional, was that a good time to do it? Others in the cohort or previous ones. What are your thoughts?
