📅 Daily Check-in - April 20, 2026 - Digging Deep on Human Design, I have much to learn
💭 Reflection:
"I started the day off though with the somatic breathing round two, which was really good. There was no tears. It was a great release and putting things where they belong and it's gonna sound weird, but there was colours. So when I had my eyes shut and we were doing the breathing a couple of weeks ago, everything, was just darkness and sadness. This time around after doing the forgiveness letters and releasing that pain and the ideas and the identity, things that needed to be released because they weren't true or factual, this time around I saw colours. It's almost like there was some bright lights and there was no bright lights. I was in the dark. So that felt much freer, and hopeful for brining new identities into my life, with a renewed purpose.
Today I wanted to learn a little bit more about the human design because I thought it was woo woo and fluff fluff. I dug a little bit deeper to try and interpret what it means for me and this was quite tricky to do - it is a little bit confusing. A busy day at work today, working on strartegic design of new frameworks, which is my jam, so tomorrow I'm looking forward to finishing off a couple of things in my week worksheets. Gosh, I might even meet my Evening Protocol tonite :) "
